Eva was great to work with! She made the process of buying a house easy! Eva took the time to create video tours of the houses we were interested in while we were still living in our previous home (which was 2,000 miles away!) and browsing homes online. This provided us early indications of if a potential home was right for us and more importantly, helped us prioritize our very limited viewing schedule. When we finally flew in to tour homes, she did not waste our time with homes that wouldn’t fit our “must have” list and enthusiastically showed us 11 homes in 1 day! I was over looking at houses - but if Eva was, she sure didn’t show it! Offer accepted the next day! Eva knows the market in her area, listens to her clients and puts in work! Eva sold our rental house for us recently and we were very impressed with her performance. She was very helpful answering all our questions and giving great advice throughout the entire process. WATCH OUT!!! Eva seems like an angel, and is always there actually acting like she cares, and acts like a friend! HOWEVER!!! Eva chose the inspection guy for my house, and I tell you what... There is absolutely NO WAY THIS SHOULD HAVE PASSED INSPECTION!!! I have had many estimates done on work I've had done... EVERY ONE OF THEM ASKED, and I quote' "How did this pass inspection"?? Not to mention price quote she gave me and the $10,000 for my down payment seemed to "disappear"!?! My loan amount ended up being the same, and I had to pay another $1000 at closing?? She DEFINITELY fits in with politics!!!
